John Edwards was elected to the Foundation Board of Directors in November 2022 after serving for 3 years on the Investment Committee.
John graduated with honors from the University of Northern Colorado in 1998 with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He is a CFA® charterholder, CFA Institute. John worked the majority of his 25-year career at ING/Voya Financial, where he served as the VP of Insurance Portfolio Governance.
John has been married to his wife Beth for 20 years, and they are the proud parents of a teenage boy who will be starting his college journey in the fall of 2023. In his free time, John enjoys a broad set of activities from gardening, hiking, playing tennis, to fishing along the Oregon coast.
