Implementation Team

The Implementation Team (IT) is a unified recommending body charged with, and accountable for, overseeing the implementation of the approved Strategic Enrollment and Student Success plan. This group will foster conversations and actions to execute integrated strategies. The IT will need to be aware of and collectively decide amongst options for initiatives and activities related to the four strategic priorities.
