Research focuses on using achievement motivation theories and Self-Determination Theory for developing effective school and district leadership. Dedicated to developing socially and emotionally safe schools and districts where a culture of excellence is achieved through academic growth and achievement for all students, while also developing the professional capital of educators and school staff.
