IM&T provides onsite support for classrooms Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, phone support Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and phone support Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 – 7:00 PM. As you prepare to teach:

  • Orientate yourself with the classroom(s) you will be teaching in before the first day of your course. Test all equipment and specific software you plan on using in your class.
  • For the quickest response for classroom support, call the Technical Support Center at 351-4357. Be prepared to troubleshoot over the phone before a technician is dispatched.
  • For support in a live classroom that cannot be fixed over the phone, you should anticipate that it could take 15-30 minutes before a technician can make it to your classroom.
