Open Office Hours Changing for the Graduate School
The Graduate School's open office hours (when the office doors are open) are changing
to 11 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday, beginning March 2.
Graduate Student Success Focus Groups
The GSA is coordinating a number of focus groups with graduate students during the
first week of March. Interim Associate Provost and Graduate School Dean, Cindy Wesley,
Ph.D., is interested in learning more about what specific things could be done to
improve graduate student success. The GSA is looking for at least one representative
from each graduate program to attend one of these focus groups. Catering will be provided
by the GSA (while supplies last).

GSA Grant Cycle 3
Applications submitted for GSA Grant Cycle 3 are still being reviewed. Decisions will
be sent out via email by Friday, March 27, 2020. If missed the application deadline
for the current grant cycle, you can apply during Grant Cycle 04. The Cycle 04 application
opens on May 1st. If you have any questions about the grant process, contact the GSA
Director, David.Shimokawa@unco.edu.
