DUO Information Page
We will be going live on October 18th 2018.
How will this work? To work in our environment you must have the application installed on your smart phone or tablet. You will receive an alert on your smart device prompting you to approve your access so have your mobile device handy.
Alternate authentication methods do not work when using the LDAP proxy (which is what we are using for this program). You will be unable to use a text message, alternative phone number, or a hardware token. If you have registered any other form of authentication I will be setting you on pass through for now.
Disregard any dates in the information below. For historical reference I am including some of the previous emails.

Dear user of the Webfocus Development system,
You are receiving this email because we are going to conduct a test run of our multi-factor authentication system for Webfocus (only the Development system).
You will receive an email from our multi-factor authentication system tomorrow July 18th. It is important that you enroll your device and follow the instructions so that you will continue to have access to the WebFocus Development system during the test period from July 28th - August 15th. There will be no changes to your access until after the 28th.
After the test period we will restore the usual authentication mechanism. Even if you do not plan on using it within the test window it is very important that you give me any feedback in the enrollment process.
The enrollment into the DUO system is very intuitive and so far (about 20 users) I haven't had any questions during the enrollment phase.

All,
One of your fellow users pointed out that if you do not connect to the wireless on
your cell phone it might take some extra time to install the application. They also
mentioned that clarifying which application you should installed would be helpful.
The application to install is DUO Mobile from DUO Security available in the apple
store and google play at no cost.

You should have received an email from DUO. If you haven't seen it yet then it is likely in your quarantine. If you don't find it there let me know.

How to access your quarantined messages
Go to https://admin.protection.outlook.com/quarantine.
Log in with your with UNC email address and password.
You will be presented with any quarantined messages here.
