Plated Meals

In addition to the main entrées, a vegetarian/special diet entrée may also be selected. Special Diet entrées under 10 portions will be "Chefs Choice." Any special dietary need that is requested on the day of the event will be charged $30.00 per plate and based upon availability.

Selections are presented on China and pricing includes trained service staff.

Lunch/Dinner Selections

    • Marinated grilled eggplant layered with flavorful vegetable ragout, served on a bed of Quinoa Pilaf with Sweet Potato Puree
  • Vegetarian Risotto = VG, GF - $21.25
    • Creamy risotto tossed with fresh basil and toasted pine nuts, garnished with marinated grilled vegetables, and drizzled with a balsamic reduction
  • Vegetable Sachet with Sweet Potato Puree = VG - $24.25
    • Assorted vegetables seasoned and baked into a flaky pastry bundle, served with creamy sweet potatoes and sautéed zucchini and yellow squash
  • Southwest Stuffed Poblano Pepper = V, GF, LF - $22.25
    • Roasted poblano pepper stuffed with cumin and lime seasoned amaranth, corn, peppers, and beans served with Spanish rice, and anasazi beans; garnished with fresh cilantro oil

    • Grilled corn meal cake with smoked cheddar served with southwest vegetable blend and roasted pepper coulis

    • Salmon marinated in orange and lemon juice, roasted in a crust of citrus zest, oregano, rosemary, thyme and olive oil. Served with fresh Asparagus and whipped potatoes.
  • Parmesan Panko Crusted Tilapia - $23.00
    • Parmesan Panko crusted Tilapia, simply sautéed broccoli (olive oil, salt and pepper) Oven roasted Greek Fries (potato wedges with olive oil, garlic and fresh Oregano).
  • Chicken Saltimbocca - $23.50
    • Pounded chicken cutlets topped with prosciutto and sage leaves, pan seared and served with white wine and butter sauce.
    • Served with a toasted pine nut risotto cake and garlic green beans.
  • Hoisin Glazed Chicken - $23.75
    • Seared chicken breast coated with a spicy hoisin and soy sauce glaze served with fresh green beans and sesame lemongrass jasmine rice

    • Rosemary, orange, and ginger pork tenderloin poached in apple cider broth served with charred Brussels sprouts and smashed sweet potatoes.
