Graduation and Retention Summit 2022
Join us to learn more about UNC’s student demographics and share ideas about how to retain students across the institution. This two-day event is being held for UNC faculty, staff, and students under the leadership of our Graduation and Retention Taskforce and is part of our Higher Learning Commission Quality Initiative to continue to improve our retention efforts.
Lisa Vollendorf
Interim Provost and Chief Academic Officer
During the luncheon, Interim Provost and Chief Academic Officer Lisa Vollendorf, Ph.D. will present on how UNC is situated within the regional higher education landscape, including student demographics and graduation and retention rates. In discussing UNC's positionality as a regionally serving destination university, she will invite the university community to think about how together we can strengthen our ability to serve Colorado's increasingly diverse student population. Following Dr. Vollendorf’s presentation, a student panel will provide their perspectives on why they chose to continue at UNC, and what changes they feel faculty and staff should consider for current and future Bears.
