Research background in metalloproteinases, primary brain cancers, mast cell biology, immune responses to self (cancer, and autoimmunity), and supposedly innocuous substances (allergy). Lab's current research focuses on inflammatory processes contributing to breast cancer, autoimmune arthritis, mast cell activation and affordable integrative immunotherapies to mitigate these pathologies.
