Mary Kathryn Brewer, Ph.D., earned her degree in music with a secondary emphasis in speech-language pathology. She has taught undergraduate and graduate-level diction and vocal pedagogy courses as well as collegiate-level voice and related subjects for over 10 years.
Her recently published book on Verdi's art songs is available through Edwin Mellen Press. Her second book on the pedagogical value of Verdi's art songs will be released in 2020.
