Abe Harraf

Abe Harraf, Ph.D., is the Shadwick Professor of Management and Leadership at Monfort College of Business at UNC. His teaching, research and consulting experiences spans over 25 years across the globe. Harraf’s teaching focus is on organizational theory and design, international management and managerial economics. His published scholarly research papers appeared at national and international venues on organizational agility, complacency and innovation.

Harraf is the past provost and senior vice-president of UNC and Southern Utah University where he has over two decades of academic administrative experience at both public and private higher-education institutions.
