The University of Northern Colorado Board of Trustees approved a resolution in support of Proposition CC during a special meeting to consider the action Monday, Sept. 23. Before board approval, Board Chairman Dick Monfort called the proposition "... an opportunity for additional funding for higher ed, which universities and colleges in Colorado drastically need."
