With the understanding that the holidays can be hard for parents, especially those who are pursuing an education, UNC's Student Honors Activity Council is organizing a toy drive for student parents at UNC.

The Student Honors Activity Council will anonymously pair requesting parents with donating volunteers. Parents who are requesting toys and volunteers who wish to donate toys can sign up to participate in the toy drive using the Qualtrics link below.

The deadline for requesting students is Nov. 1.

• Parents will be notified when their gift has been received and must pick up gifts by the end of finals week from the council's office (Michener L98).

The deadline for donating volunteers is Nov. 15.

• Volunteers will need to drop off their gifts in the U-Engage office (Michener L98) by the week of Nov. 27.

This is a first come first serve basis, so don’t wait to sign up. Parents with more than one child will need to submit a request for each child.

The Student Honors Activity Council encourages everyone to give some love and support to UNC's Mama and Papa Bears and their Bear Cubs.
