Blue & Gold Golf Tournament Rules
Take a moment to get familiar with the format for the Blue and Gold Golf Tournament ahead of teeing off.
Four Person Arizona Scramble
- All players will tee off.
- Men will play the white tees. Ladies will play the gold tees.
- The best drive will be selected and all players will play their own ball in from that spot.
- The best TWO gross scores on each hole will be taken for the team score.
On the Course
Beverages, water, soda and beer will be provided on the course courtesy of Pepsi and Anheuser-Busch. Please bring your scorecard to the golf shop upon completion of play. Please make sure you keep all golf carts at least 30 feet from all greens and keep the carts on the paths as much as possible. Prizes will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams during lunch.
Special events
Tickets for mulligans, student-athlete drive, and Bear Drive will be available for purchase at check-in and on the course.

Hole in One

Closest to the Pin
Win a UNC Blue & Gold Prize Pack on hole 10.
Longest Drive
Win a UNC Blue & Gold Prize Pack on hole 15.
Advantage Holes
Student Athlete Drive
Hire a student-athlete from the UNC Golf team to tee off on your behalf at holes 8 and 14. ($10)
100 Yard Bear Drive
Move your tee 100 yards from the pin on hole 17. ($10)
150 Yard Bear Drive
Move your tee 150 yards from the pin on hole 17. ($30)
After Your Round of Golf
Please bring your scorecard to the golf shop and join us on the veranda for lunch and awards.
