Campus Commons Digital Signage
Campus Commons digital signage requests can be sent to Shanna Suhr for consideration. Only the Campus Commons elevator shaft is available for content
placements. When submitting a request, please include the exact start and end date
desired as well as any needed assets in either a 1920x1080 (horizontal) or 1080x1920
(vertical) size. Signage can utililize common image file types and .mp4 video files.
University of Northern Colorado’s digital signage displays provide supplemental information
about academic programs, educational opportunities, community events,
and activities.
University Advancement provides general oversight of the University’s digital signage displays to ensure accurate and timely information that is in compliance with the University’s policies, procedures, the Style Guide and Brand Standards.
Note: University Advancement reserves the option to reject digital signage submissions that are in conflict with the University's ethics, policies, procedures, or brand standards.
