You are encouraged to use the Health Center when you are ill or have health questions. We are here to keep you as healthy as possible, so we encourage you to make your health a priority and seek care in the early stages of an illness and to follow advice given by Health Center professionals.
All services are confidential and are not part of UNC's report system and are not included in educational records. Information from your medical record will not be released without your written perm;ission except in circumstances of danger to yourself or to others or unless required by law.
