If you are getting tested, you must bring a current insurance card for insurance billing and a photo ID. The cost of the COVID test is covered by insurance at 100%, however, there will still be a charge associated with the office visit. If your insurance has a co-pay, the co-pay and the office visit is subject to the deductible and your out-of-pocket expense is dependent upon your insurance plan.
