Tentative Course Schedule - Cohort 11

Online MA SLP Program

The program assumes an undergraduate background in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or Communication Disorders and Sciences.  In addition, students must have undergraduate coursework in mathematics, behavioral/social sciences, physical sciences, and biological sciences to meet ASHA standards for the Certificate of Clinical Competence – Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).  The academic coordinator for the program will evaluate the undergraduate transcripts of all admitted students to determine whether the requirements for coursework in these areas have been met.  Students needing to take coursework in these areas during the graduate program will be informed of that requirement through the initial advising process.  Courses in these areas may be taken through any accredited college, university, or community college.

All students must maintain employment during each Fall and Spring semester of the program that will permit them to complete 25-60 hours of direct clinical services to children and/or adults with speech-language disorders.

The sequence of courses provided here may be changed prior to the beginning of the program or during the program, but all of the courses listed will be offered during the three-year course of the program for each cohort.
