UNC Email Signature Builder

  1. Enter the information that you would like to use in your signature in the form below.
  2. Choose an option for your signature and click on the "Select and Copy" button, it will add the signature to your clipboard.
  3. Paste the contents of the clipboard into your email signature. 
    • If you need help creating the signature, use  Outlook's email signature instructions.
    • If the Select and Copy button doesn't work as expected, select the text with your cursor and copy it using [Ctrl+C] on Windows, or [Apple+C] on Mac. Then paste into Outlook with the instructions linked above.
