Commencement

Each semester UNC hosts our Commencement Ceremonies, where we honor those completing their academic programs here. The Office of Global Engagement also hosts a celebration to honor our graduates of bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees. Additionally, we honor students completing their UNC Exchange Programs, Scholars completing their academic programs, and UNC Intensive English Program graduates. 

To celebrate our international students that are graduating in spring or summer of 2021, we will be holding a drop-in celebration on May 7th from 3-5pm at the fire pits outside of the UC. Please respond to the Qualtrics link if you are graduating and want to join the celebration.

We encourage students, as well as their families and support people to view UNC's Frequently Asked Questions for Spring 2021 Commencement information. 

Students can order their personalized international stoles by country on the university's regalia website.
