Research/Areas of Interest

Lyda is a mixed-methods researcher and recently completed a mixed methods study exploring academic librarian deference behavior and its impact on the librarian-faculty relationship in higher education. Lyda's research interests include academic librarian behavior, critical information literacy, critical and inclusive pedagogy and assessment.
