Admissions

As you begin or continue your nursing education, we will be there to support you every step of the way. The University of Northern Colorado School of Nursing assures a high-quality, evidence-based education that is taking our discipline to the next level of patient care.

Admission to the BSN program is a competitive process. Specifics for application screening and selection criteria are located in the application materials. For each application cycle, 72 applicants are admitted to the BSN - Traditional program and 36 applicants are admitted to the BSN - 2nd Degree program. The number of students admitted to the clinical major each year is determined by available resources. On average we have a 50% acceptance rate into the BSN programs.
