Consulting Services, American Battle Monuments Association (ABMC), Washington, DC, Summer 2016. Provide assistance with development of book-length research project on ABMC operations in the US and worldwide.

Director, Presidential Academy in American History and Civics Education. US Department of Education. 2006-2012. Professional-development program for 300 teachers on the Navajo Nation. Award: $2.5 million.

Director, Four Corners Community History Project. US Department of Education, 2009-2012. Professional-development program for 80 teachers in four schools districts on Colorado’s West Slope and Four Corners Region. Award: $1.7 million.

Director, Four Corners Special Education Project. US Office of Indian Education. 2007-2012. Delivery of on-line teacher-education degree and licensure in K-12 Special Education. Award: $1.3 million.
