Cancellation Policy

• Event Cancellations must be receive in write, either deliver in person or through email at cie@unco.edu.
• Registrants that cancel on or before the events posted cancellation policy will receive a full refund.
• There is no refund if a cancellation is received after the cancellation date.
• Registrations are not transferable to other individuals. This means you cannot give you reservation to another person.
• CIE uses a waiting list system, so when a cancellation is receive the next person on the list will be notified.
• CIE reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason including but not limited to: weather, low interest etc.
