Event Participation Policy

• Event participants are required to show up for events at the scheduled time. We will depart promptly after 15 minutes regardless of whether all participants are present or not.

• After 15 minutes, CIE reserves the right to pass your spot to the next person on the waiting list and void your registration.

• No refunds issued to those who arrive 15 minutes late. Please see the CIE Events Cancellation & Refund policy for additional information.

• All participants are required to travel back and forth with CIE. CIE reserves the right to make exceptions as needed.

• If a participant is more than 15 minutes late returning to the van before departure back to CIE, they may no longer be allowed to attend CIE events.
