Meeting Facilities

The University Center Scheduling and Event Planning Office offers personalized service and a wide range of meeting spaces. We offer spaces that will accommodate everything from an informal business meeting, training seminar or conference, to a wedding ceremony and reception.

Allow our experienced staff to help you coordinate and plan the details of your next event. They will assist you with reserving the space, coordinating the catering, and helping to determine any audio/visual needs you may have for your event.

    The University Center is the highest point in Greeley, offering 360 degree views of the surrounding area including picturesque views of the majestic Rocky Mountains.

    Our banquet facilities and on-site catering services offer a wide range of options for your conference. Whether planning an informal breakfast for a small group or an elaborate gala for 544, we've got you covered.

    Rocky Mountain Grand Ballroom

    • Accommodates up to 544 guests
    • May be used as one large space or separated into three individual spaces (Longs Peak Ballroom, Mt. Evans Ballroom and Pikes Peak Ballroom)
    • Beautiful hardwood floors throughout
    • Built-In AV Equipment
    • Accent Lighting available

    Panorama Room

    • Located on the third floor of the University Center
    • Boasts a panoramic view of the Rocky Mountains
    • Carpeted dining area
    • Wood floor dance area
    • Accommodates up to 200 guests

    Centennial Hall

    • Located in Brown Hall on President's Row
    • Stately, historic space
    • Accommodates up to 80 guests

    Campus Commons Multipurpose Room

    • Accommodates up to 476 guests
    • Can be used as large meeting room or with pull out bleachers
    • Has built in AV Equipment
    • Includes accent Lighting available
  • Athletic Facilities

    The University of Northern Colorado has new state-of-the-art athletic fields and gyms for your camp participants.  No matter your sport, we have a field or court for you!  Marching bands can also enjoy our amenities.

  • Rec Center

    The University of Northern Colorado has a state-of-the-art Campus Recreation Center that can be used for sports camps or for drop-in use by conference participants.

    Contracts for summer camps and conferences can include drop-in use of the Campus Recreation Center.  Contact Conference Services at 970-351-2010 for more information.

    • More than 7,000 square feet of strength and conditioning spaces, featuring weight machines, free weights, treadmills, steppers, elliptical machines, upright & recumbent exercise bikes, an upper-body cycle, and rowing machines
    • Two multi-purpose gymnasiums with hardwood floors, featuring a total of 5 basketball courts
    • An indoor, 1/10 mile, walking/jogging track
    • Three racquetball/wallyball courts
    • An indoor climbing wall
    • A group fitness and exercise room

  • Computer Labs

    Computer Labs are available for use during your conference. Please contact your Conference Coordinator to discuss your needs. They will help determine the best lab for your group.
