Professional/Academic Experience

My majors are Philosophy and English with a minor in Gender Studies. I want to obtain a Ph.D. in Philosophy with areas of expertise/specialization in Queer and Trans Philosophies & BIWOC critique. I'm interested in entering the professoriate after some years of adjunct teaching at various universities, researching and publishing along the way. My end goal(s) is ultimately to write my own books, establish a role as (co-)editor of a respected journal, and become tenured faculty. I wish chocolate had the nutritional value of kale so that I'd feel better justified after eating an entire bag of peanut butter cups.
