Assistance is available online and at the service desks at Michener and Skinner Libraries.

Research Help Appointments

Research help appointment options include one on one or small group consultations either online or face to face for undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff.

Help is available for assignments, papers, theses, dissertations and other advanced projects.

During these appointments, ways we can work with you include but are not limited to:

  • Suggestions on refining your research question and get started on your research project
  • Developing search strategies to find relevant and reliable sources of information
  • Organizing and documenting your searches
  • Accessing research data
  • Managing references and citations

Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to schedule a research help appointment with a librarian to get in-depth research guidance. From the literature review to finding information about possible journals in which to publish your article, we are here to support your scholarship activities.
