Common Data Sets
The Common Data Set is a set of data items with clear, standard definitions provided by colleges and universities. Data items and definitions are determined by the Common Data Set Initiative, a collaboration between higher education and publishers. The goal of this initiative is to improve the quality, accuracy, and comparability of higher education information.
