Education & Training

I am currently working towards obtaining my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology here at the University of Northern Colorado. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice at Southern Utah University.

Current Roles

I work with individuals, offering counseling services, emergency walk ins, and initial consultation.

Therapeutic Approach

I take a constructive approach to therapy. Constructivism is an approach that derives from ancient wisdom traditions, and it reflects the lessons of continuing scholarship and science. The general goals of constructive therapy are to help you better understand and appreciate yourself and others, to help you develop skills in solving problems and coping with challenges in your life, and to encourage your efforts to develop in directions that you find fulfilling and meaningful. Constructivism emphasizes possibility and hope and allows for therapy to be approached in a variety of ways to address problems on multiple levels to fit individualized needs. Change is possible, and I am honored to be a part of your journey in undertaking this process.
