Division of Development and Alumni Relations

Alumni, parents and friends of UNC believe in the institution's mission, and through their philanthropy ensure that UNC students have the financial and programmatic support to succeed and that faculty members have the funds to pursue research for the betterment of our communities.

The Division of Development and Alumni Relations is responsible for directing institutional advancement through the engagement of donors and alumni in philanthropy, volunteerism, and the responsible management of gifts and constituent records. The division works closely with the UNC Foundation, campus leadership and academic offices to develop the strategies that provide private, philanthropic support for UNC’s current priorities.
