• Where do I submit my MPH application?

  All application materials for the MPH are submitted through the Colorado School of Public Health using an online portal called SOPHAS. 

• Where do I submit my Certificate application?

  All application materials for the MPH are submitted through the Colorado School of Public Health using an online portal called SOPHAS Express.

• Do I also need to apply through UNC?

  No, you only apply once through either SOPHAS or SOPHAS Express through the Colorado School of Public Health. You will select UNC as your home campus, but you do not need to submit any application materials to UNC.

• How much is tuition?

  Tuition is paid through the Colorado School of Public Health. The 2017-18 rate is $778 per credit hour for resident tuition. Student fees are paid through each home campus. Learn more about Cost of Attendance.

• Are you a part of the WICHE system?

  Yes, we are! If you live in one of the 15 Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) States, you are eligible to apply for Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP) tuition assistance. 

• If UNC is my home campus, do I take all of my classes there?

  One of the best things about the Colorado School of Public Health is that you can take classes at all three of our partner institutions, as long as you fulfill your home campus credit requirements.

• What is the difference between UNC's three MPH concentrations?

  All of the MPH concentrations are rooted in Community Health Education; if you select the Healthy Aging and Global Health focus areas, you will take your elective classes in these areas.

• Where do I apply for financial aid?

  All financial aid goes through the CU Anschutz Office of Financial Aid. The FAFSA code is 004508.
