Professional/Academic Experience

My name is Branden and I am first generation, senior, undergraduate researcher majoring in Biology, Ecology, and Evolution in the Biology Department of the College of Natural and Health Sciences at the University of Northern Colorado. My research is centered on monitoring and conserving biodiversity through better understanding use of habitats in the face of anthropogenic change. I study American Robins in Weld County Colorado and am attempting to discover how habitat structure between urban
and non-urban habitats affect reproductive success. I plan to attend graduate school in Fall 2020 to study in an applied field of Ecology and Conservation.
