I am a doctoral candidate in the Clinical Psychology program at Alliant International University of Sacramento, California. Through my practicum placements, I have experience working with adolescents and adults in therapy and assessment in private practice and inpatient hospital settings. I am passionate about working with underserved populations, spreading awareness, and reducing stigma around mental health. I am researching the impacts conformity to social norms has on help-seeking behaviors and beliefs. I am completing my internship with ESU #13 during the 2023-2024 school year. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog and family, going on adventures outdoors, cooking, and listening to music.
