Scholarships

Scholarships are a critical means of supporting current and future Bears. Every year thousands of dollars are made available to current students because generous alumni made a decision to give back through a scholarship fund at the UNC Foundation.

Annually UNC awards nearly $30 million in scholarships to 42% of our current students. The average scholarship award is $1,833.

Working together, scholarship donors help students choose and complete a UNC education. Donations of any amount make a difference in increasing support available and awarded to current and future Bears.

Thank you for making your commitment to UNC's students through your giving.
