Yield Campaign: Bear to Bear Note Cards
Thank you to the more than 200 faculty, staff and alumni for volunteering to share their best Bear to Bear advice as we welcome the next generation of students to UNC. Bear to Bear packets were mailed out in early February. If you have questions regarding this initiative, please email alumni@unco.edu.
Participation: We will send you a Bear to Bear packet that includes a list of admitted students, Bear to Bear cards, pre-addressed and stamped envelopes and message samples.
Write a card to each student on the list, then mail your cards through your local post office (alumni) or campus mail (faculty and staff).
Time Commitment: We will distribute Bear to Bear packets in January and ask that you complete and mail your card by the end February. The estimated time commitment depends on the number of cards that you sign up to write.

Faculty and Staff: We are targeting your outreach to engage priority high schools within Colorado.
What to Write: Because students and families are interested in the ROI of a college education, we encourage you to write a message that affirms the quality of UNC's career-ready education and sense of belonging found on campus.
