The EAS Program at the University of Northern Colorado provides students with a unique and rigorous curriculum that prepares them for professional opportunities in Earth Science fields and in education. Students have the option of studying in one of four emphasis areas:

A University of Northern Colorado Meteorology class is getting to use a state-of-the art mobile weather lab through November thanks to a grant awarded to assistant professor Wendi Flynn.
Flynn wrote and submitted the grant that provides use of Doppler on Wheels (DOW), a National Science Foundation (NSF) funded vehicle that many will recognize from TV appearances on The Weather Channel and shows such as Discovery Channel's Storm Chasers. [more]
