Performing Arts Series Continues Season with 'Oklahoma!'

Adriane Wilson plays Laurie and Josh Taliaferro stars as Curley in the School of Theatre Arts and Dance production of Oklahoma!

The University of Northern Colorado's College of Performing and Visual Arts' 2013-14 Performing Arts Series, which features School of Theatre Arts and Dance students, continues Oct. 31 when the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical Oklahoma! opens in Norton Theatre in Gray Hall.

Oklahoma! also plays Nov. 1-2 and 5-9 at 7:30 p.m.; and Nov. 2,-3 and 9-10 at 2 p.m. in Norton Theatre. The play is rated G.

  • Beyond Therapy (Comedy/Farce, rated R): Feb. 6-7, 11-15 at 7:30 p.m.; Feb. 8-9 and 16 at 2 p.m. in Norton Theatre
  • Die Fledermaus (Opera/Orchestra): Feb. 14-15 at 7:30 p.m. in Monfort Concert Hall in the Union Colony Civic Center
  • Sweeney Todd (Musical Thriller, rated PG-13): March 6, 7 and 8 at 7:30 p.m.; March 9 at 2 p.m. in Langworthy Theatre
  • Bring on the Men - Dance 2014 (Dance, rated PG): April 3-5 at 7:30 p.m. in Langworthy Theatre
  • Jackie and Me (Comedy, rated G): April 24-26 at 7:30 p.m.; April 27 at 2 p.m. in Langworthy Theatre
