The finance and audit committee of UNC's Board of Trustees will meet from 9 a.m.-noon Wednesday, Feb. 6, in the fourth-floor boardroom of Carter Hall.
Discussion will include a state update from UNC President Kay Norton; an overview of UNC Foundation investments; a financial report from the second quarter of FY13; an FY14 pricing discussion; FY12 financial and compliance audit and athletic report; and an internal audit update.
No action will be taken.
The remaining finance and audit committee meeting schedule (tentative) for 2012-13 is May 15.
