ASA Tutoring Center Servicesstudent tutors

Tutors provide free group and individual tutoring to UNC undergraduates and also to graduate students enrolled in undergraduate courses.  Each semester, the ASA Tutoring Center offers tutoring in approximately 130 different courses in Business Administration, Math, the Social Sciences, and the Natural Sciences.

A list of courses supported by the ASA Tutoring Center each semester is available at the ASA Tutoring Center office or on our web site.

The tutoring center is now offering an online tutoring option through Smarthinking! Online tutoring is intended to provide support for learners who are unable to come in to the center regularly and for classes that we are unable to offer otherwise.  Online tutoring provides 24 hour-a-day access to certified tutors in the areas of math, biology, chemistry, physics, economics, accounting, finance, and foreign languages. If you are interested in online tutoring support please contact Melissa Hoffner (melissa.hoffner@unco.edu) for initial intake screening and more details.
