The Office of Academic Support and Advising is committed to student success through partnerships with campus and student communities. ASA provides academic and personal growth opportunities for a diverse student body through a variety of customized support services that meet individual needs. ASA values and promotes honesty, trust, respect, integrity and responsibility.

Academic services include

  • an orientation program for new students
  • advising and assistance in selecting an academic major for undeclared students
  • academic support for individuals experiencing academic difficulties
  • access to individual and group lead tutorial services
  • Academic Learning Communities for entering students
