John Hamill III has joined the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs as Director of Sponsored Programs. Hamill officially joined the office on Nov. 28. In his capacity as director of Sponsored Programs he is responsible for overseeing the pre- and post-award functions of the office. He has extensive experience in pre- and post-award processes, including accounting, financial reporting to federal and non-federal agencies, research compliance, clinical trials, financial audits and implementation of operational rules and government regulations in higher education, healthcare and industry.
