Academic Year 2011-2012 Room Rates

The University of Northern Colorado requires all Freshmen under age 21 or who have earned less than 20 semester hours to live on campus and carry either a 200-meal plan or a full 19-meal plan (breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Monday through Sunday). Brunch replaces breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Non-freshmen residents will be assigned a full meal plan, but may contract for a reduced meal plan (14-, 15- or 200- Meal Plan). The date to change your meal plan is the class drop deadline for the semester. Students that live in single rooms are charged an additional single room rate per semester.

The 12-month lease is designed for students (UNC and AIMS), faculty and staff and their families who want to have housing year round because of job and/or academic requirements. Resident is responsible for the full term of the lease.

The academic year lease is designed for students (UNC & AIMS), faculty and staff and their families who desire the traditional academic year lease and who plan to return home for the summer break. Resident is responsible for the full term of the lease.

The month-to-month lease is designed for students who will be student teaching, going on exchange, international students attending for one semester, and faculty/staff and their families requiring temporary housing. Provides the convenience of being able to vacate apartment with relatively short notice. A 30-day notice required to vacate space.

  

*All apartments have 2 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchen/dining area.
