Lawrenson Chilled Water Piping

Connect the existing Turner/Lawrenson Chiller Plant (TLCP) Chilled Water Piping north of Lawrenson Hall to the existing Chilled Water piping / pumps in Lawrenson Hall, in an attempt to remove the Lawrenson Chiller from service, and improve the operation of TLCP by increasing the Delta T across the chiller.
