The Copy function can be used to copy one or more pages or files. Copying a file automatically renames the copy by appending a number. A file does not have be to checked out to be copied and can be copied when it is checked out to another user or when it has a scheduled action associated with it.
Copying Files from the Pages List View
- From the Pages-list view, hover over a file and select Copy from the File menu. You can also copy files from the Pages-list view by selecting the checkbox for one or more files (and/or subsections)
and clicking Copy from the top row.
- From the Copy Modal, browse to the directory path to which to copy the selected files. Click the Show Files checkbox to view the files and subsections.
- When you have navigated to the correct location, click the Copy button.
