Optimizing Images in Photoshop

Images in Photoshelter or any other resource are generally full resolution to allow them to look good in print documents. Web pages don't need all of the pixels a print piece does. In fact, it makes the file size unnecessarily large. The solution is to save the image for web, also called optimizing the image.
