OU Campus opens the possibility of workflow for departments. Workflow means a staff member can edit or create a page and submit it for approval; this role is called an Contributor. After approval, that page can then be published by the Approver (usually the department Web Author) .
This allows departments to assign specific pages to staff members and still maintain oversight of content and quality. It is important to note that content Contributors must be trained in most aspects of OU Campus to help them create the best pages possible.
