In light of Campus closure and as a precautionary measure regarding COVID-19, many employees in the the University Advancement areas, including University Relations, are working remotely in an effort to best support our campus community. We ask for your patience as some services may be limited and response time may increase. Staff will work diligently to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize health and safety. Updates will be published to our COVID-19 information page as the situation develops.

Event Photography Requests

Thank you for using our University Relations request form. When completing your request, please provide as much information as possible. This will allow us to best evaluate your needs and our ability to assist you at this time.

Please note:

  1. All new project requests will be discussed in our office’s Monday project meeting. We will be in touch no later than the day following that meeting with news regarding our ability to support you at this time.
  2. Our office has been charged with fully supporting the university’s Integrated Recruitment and Marketing Team and priorities this fiscal year. As a result, we will regularly need to decline or redirect project requests, such as those aimed primarily at a campus audience.
