Office of Student Life
Born and raised in Scranton, PA my artistic quest began very early on with renditions of potato-shaped people with Crayon on the walls of my parents house (proud as they were of my "talents" they were not so happy with my vandalism). The adventure continued in middle school with frequent requests from students to do Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles; Junior year high school I had enough personal art compiled to skip ahead into the Art Major I class. In college I was introduced to the not-so-wondrous Quark program (Photoshop 5 and Illustrator 10 were my new friends), I also learned printmaking, dark room film photography, and various mixed media styles. After a two year hiatus after graduation I enrolled at Full Sail Univ. in Orlando, FL where my skills and experience were fine tuned with up-to-date Adobe programs, videography, motion graphics, web and graphic design, brand, and digital photography. 26 months later I was off to colourful Colorado; a year later I was employed at UNC and the artistic adventure still continues.
