DESCRIPTION:Optimizing Mentoring Workshops \nGraduate faculty are invited to this year’s Optimizing Mentoring Workshops — a chance to connect with colleagues and engage with one of the most rewarding parts of our work: quality mentoring of graduate students within changing landscapes. \nSessions are led by UNC graduate faculty trained through the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Research Experiences. Practical strategies and real-world examples tailored to our graduate programs will be offered in an interactive workshop format. \nAll three workshops are required for Graduate Faculty (GF) and Doctoral Research Endorsement (DRE) applications\, but they may be completed in any order.
